The best remix will be awarded a home studio package from Gear Addicts Show and their sponsors including: Focusrite iTrack Studio, Novation Launchkey Mini, Presonus Eris E5 Studio Monitors, Presonus Studio One Pro, IK Multimedia T-Racks CS Grande and IK Multimedia Amplitube 3.
Rules:
Entry limited to one per person. International winners will be required to pay shipping for hardware prizes via PayPal. All rights in the Recording are reserved by Outtasite and Rhyme Cartel Records and nothing contained herein or in the competition shall grant any rights in the recording to an entrant. Remix Parts and Submission Method:
The remix pack can be downloaded from here. Completed remixes should be uploaded to this SoundCloud group and post your remix on the Gear Addicts Facebook page.
Prize:

Rules:
Entrants must be natural persons, current U.S. residents, and 18 years of age or older. Submissions may be any length, but must incorporate at least two Smithsonian tracks, from the Smithsonian Remix Collection. The full rules can be read here.

The sounds you can use are available atthis SoundCloud account. Completed remixes should be uploaded to this SoundCloud group making sure that you e clearly attribute any source material that you used.
